Poynton Rotary kindly donated £500 towards this appeal to rebuild 3 classrooms, via sponsoring David Whaite to run the 100 mile Cheshire Ring Canal system, at the age of 70, in less than 24 hours.
The good news is that David and Mary have reached £25,000 donations from the local community now, and the classrooms are all completed, and in full use by the children.
These pictures were taken on a recent, self funded, visit to see the final buildings. The whole community were involved in the building work.
