Update 6th March ’23

POYNTON ROTARY CLUB ARE DELIGHTED TO ANNOUNCE THAT, WITH SUPPORT FROM POYNTON SPORTS CLUB, THE EVENT WILL NOW GO AHEAD ON SATURDAY 10TH JUNE ’23

Event planning is well progressed and we’re expecting to release tickets on Wednesday 22nd March.

All ticket sales will be on-line and we’ll be offering ‘Early Bird’ prices for a limited period.

The show will be even more upbeat this year, with 6 hours of dance, pop and rock from quality live artists and bands, some with strong local connections.

Headliners are The Floor Fillers, supported by The Select Committee, The Beavers, Jess Jones & Monkey Harris … and a great local compère, DJ Dr Beatz. Profiles and the running order will be posted here in the next week.

This is the first running of the event for 4 years – due largely to the pandemic – and we would like especially to thank Poynton Sports Club for providing their considerable support in enabling the event to recommence.

Poynton Rotary has run the show since 2005 and raised a very significant amount of money, benefitting organisations and individuals in Poynton and further afield. The annual event has also provided a great opportunity for bringing together the Poynton community.

We would also like to thank all our friends in Poynton and beyond, together with all contributors and previous performers, for your long-running support .
